How do I sign in?
The portal is passwordless. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we send a one-time magic link. Open it on the same device and you're in. Links expire after a short window — request a fresh one if it lapses.
When do collection boxes arrive?
Once your signup is reviewed, we ship branded collection boxes and printed materials to your address ahead of the drive opening on November 1. Your dashboard shows the delivery date as soon as it's scheduled.
How does pickup work?
Near the end of the season the Silicon Valley Moving team schedules a pickup from your workplace. You'll see the date on your dashboard — just make sure the boxes are accessible that day.
Can I change my organization's details?
Yes. Update your name, phone, and contact details from Settings. For changes to your organization's address or team size, email us and we'll adjust it on our end.
What materials are available?
Your Materials page has a printable collection-box label and a copyable internal kickoff email, both personalized with your organization name. More — posters and thank-you notes — are on the way.
